Engagements begin through a confidential introductory discussion. This initial exchange is used to understand context, intent, and suitability before any further steps are taken.
Mutual Verification
Prior to proceeding, a mutual verification process is conducted. This is intended to establish credibility, alignment, and the appropriate level of disclosure on both sides.
Mandate Definition
Where alignment exists, the engagement is defined by a specific mandate. Scope, parameters, and expectations are agreed before any introductions or structuring activity occurs.
Discreet Engagement
Engagements are conducted on a discreet, off-market basis. Communication is direct, targeted, and limited to verified counterparties relevant to the mandate.
Ongoing Relationship
Where appropriate, relationships may continue beyond a single mandate. These are maintained on a selective basis and guided by discretion and long-term alignment.
